What can i leave behind...

Businesses more than money business is more than power. Business is about making the change and doing something for somebody else. It was Earthly life we all have patterns that we will take and those paths will lead us to places that will help us be able to help others. The greatest joy we can find in a business sense is being able to help somebody. If we can find somebody or someone or something that we can help we're on the right track. I think about entrepreneurs we're trying to develop a product to make life easier for somebody or something.
One certain product could be a game-changer for somebody. But on the back end of that is an entrepreneur who created the app designed it financially backed and found a way to help others. Business, and entrepreneurship equals out to a place where we can find a good place financially and be financially sound. The greatest Comfort we can get with money is to be financially free have enough means to take care of our needs and our family and find a place in this world where we can help someone else.  When we can help land serve others.  We are on the right track.
The biggest hurdle is just trying to find a balance. What's the balance between family and work and success and enjoyment? He found that as he focused on the simple things which were his family and his wife and his marriage. He's on a really important to do the simple things white bring flowers that made all the other stresses go to the way side.  Perspective on the gifts of his life are what he focused on. Money you gives us something. It does give us some freedom and it definitely gives us some peace of mind. Having Peace of Mind helps us to have some freedom from stress is then let's our minds go to a place that we can enjoy knowing that little bit of freedom. Money and wealth are two different things for me well can cause a state of mind of freedom and put you in a position to be able to help others grow their well. I took out of these readings one simple thing.  Sacrifice.  What are we willing to sacrifice for business?  What are we willing to sacrifice to help others that might not be the ones we should be helping?  What are willing to stand up for?
Family is the most important thing.  When we make commitments to family, those take precedence over everything else. Making commitments in our lives helps us to stay focused on our word and loyalty.  Where does our loyalty lie? I think we find ourselves changing through the years, mostly prioritizing our life as we go, but when we keep our focus on the things that matter most.   We can't be willing to back down from our commitments.  Now sometimes, not all the time, we have to help others.  We have to be able to balance our work and family lives.  Sometimes depending on our profession, things come up.  We have to be willing to give our all to work as well.
Money doesn't mean you are wealthy.  Wealthy is a place of freedom because all of your ducks are in a row and there is financial freedom
Money is something that's important to be able to pay for things. There are times in our lives where we have options we've got things that we can do because there's a little bit of freedom …financial freedom that is.

Balancing act

The biggest hurdle is just trying to find a balance. What's the balance between family and work and success and enjoyment? He's on a really important to do the simple things white bring flowers that made all the other stresses go to the way side.  Perspective on the gifts of his life are what he focused on.

“I have learned from my own marriage that some of the best partnerships are ones in which people really don’t have a huge amount professionally in common. For example, my wife has strong organizational skills. She’s also able to detach from her emotions and make judgment calls when I get very emotional.  I think that’s where you lose your balance, when you forget the simple things. “  Randy Haykin

business +family

I took out of these readings one simple thing.  Sacrifice.  What are we willing to sacrifice for business?  What are we willing to sacrifice to help others, that might not be the ones we should be helping?
Business and family needs to be balanced to work!  What balance can you find to have the best of both worlds.  Things need to be prioritized. Surely there are times where either one can take precedence over the other.

interviewing my guy

Loving this assignment.  I didn't realize how much I would love this assignment.  I loved it! I chose to interview my friend.  A mentor. A disciple of Christ.  A man of God who puts his family first.  He is alot like my own personal companion who is all of the above.  Learning about his business and his growth in the time of his relationship with business.
Here is a good takeaway from the interview.

The question posed to him was,
if you could do something different would you?

My interviewee responded that he would have gotten an education first which would have help me be a better businessman. His sole focus many times over the years was to put his priorities straight.  He told me to do the same and said to get your education.  Getting your education will require sacrifices to be made. For you to keep in line, you have to have make those sacrifices but not at the cost that your family thinks you are a stranger. Those you have stewardship for requires the most sacrifices. You need to show up.  You need to show up and be there. My take away is that we need to be present in the moment.  We need to be available for our families and find the things that matter most and keep those priorities straight.

Leadership with a little L

Leadership  with a little L

"The call to be a disciple-leader is a call to minister and to serve.  It is a call to lead as Christ leads.  It is leadership with a small “L”—the kind of leadership that builds and lifts and inspires through kindness and love and unselfish devotion to the Lord and His work.  It is the kind of leadership that we need at every level of every kind of organization in the world and in every ward and stake in the Church.  It is the kind of leadership you will need to build an eternal family.   " Kim B. Clark

It is incredibly comforting to know that there is so much to be done as we live on this earth, but that we have someone that knows us, and helps us and guides us to the right place.  The Lord has us in mind always.  He knows that we are working though our own things. We as leaders have a responsibility to Love and to lead and  to do that we have to love the Lord and follow his lead.

Being your own Master

With martial arts  the better a person gets, which only happens after they have gone through the same moves over and over, without any idea of how many times that move has been done over and over.  You have to master your craft…for you.  Sometimes, that means you will be stuck in a rut for a while.  Put keep forging forward and be okay with who you are and where you are and press forward.  What is your pursuit for learning to master?  What will lift and make you a different person to be by your standard?  You have to find a mentor.  You have to find someone that will help you work through your process of this particular pursuit.  You need to find someone to help you work through your work.  You have to give the time and work to be a better master of your own pursuit you are practicing.  You have to be open to listen and learn and teachable to learn what you need to do to fine tune your skill. Finding the end game to your mastery is an important point.  What is that end game point for you? You need to know that before you begin your journey to master your skill.  You have to find you inner self to push yourself through the misery and pain and enjoyment to get through the journey to find your end game.

Not the constitution of the United States...

Do you know who you are?  Do you know what you stand for?  Do you know what you want to be known for? Do you know what matters to you?  I do.  I have spent days writing down what matters to me. What I stand for and what is important to me.

I am a follower of Christ.
I seek opportunities to help others.
I am stable and unmovable.
I have a talent. I can read people.
I can feel when something is wrong and my gut is never wrong.
I am a mom who looks at my children like the Savior would look at me.
I am a wife who is consistently finding ways to better my relationship and make my husband feel needed and wanted.
 I am humble.
I am one a business owner who values her integrity and values others feelings.
I am kind.

I am a women who does not belittle another and know my value as a daughter of God,and see that no one should ever feel belittled.

I am worthy of good friends, because I am one.
I am a servant who loves the Lord and I am his hands.
I value confidentiality.
I am totally honest in my dealings with my fellow men and those I work for.
I love my family and are more important than anything.
I am disciplined.
I am punctual.

I worry about my family, not anyone family, friends or otherwise who desire to bring me down.

I am an artist who sees the good in others and wants to show the good side.
I photograph the world though my eyes, but want others to see the good in the world.
I am a missionary and will travel to share the gospel with my husband.
I love life. I am positive and will share the good.
I see people the way the Lord sees them.
My voice is for good, not to hurt others.
My heart is pure and want the best for everyone.

We can't figure out where we are going if we don't know who we are and where we want to go.

What I will and won't do...

Integrity is so important, honesty is important, will this help you get enough success in your company.  Can you be successful while be honest and not compromising?

Here is a few things I am willing to do and not do.

I will always
1.Be honest
2. listen
3. have integrity
4. Give all I have to work
5.put family first

I will never
1. work on Sundays
2.  care more about money than the customer

3. look for help from those I don’t trust.
4. be dishonest
5. compromise on quality standards

These are some things that are important to me.  I am not willing to give.  It made me think about Chick Fil A.  they will not compromise.  They are closed on Sundays.  They will not work and they have found that they have success because they are closed.  There is more to integrity or standards then not working on Sundays, but it is what it is. Sundays are a special day and when we are obedient, we will have success.

Blogging Business B183

Blogging about business and learning as I go.
There is so much information moving forward that helps inspire us as we go. This is profound.

"97% of the people who quit too soon are employed by the 3% that never gave up."
                                                                                                           Luquotes.com

Part of the learning as we go, is listening and soaking up all the wisdom of those that have gone on before.  Keeping record to refer back to what you have heard, or experienced, or want to experience.

Business models are not the same from one business to another.  Finding your business model and your direction that you want to help your company go is the most essential steps in putting down your basic thoughts moving forward to goals of business concept.

Finding inspiration and not giving up should just be the lingering motto. I love the idea that only 3% make it.  Which number do I want to be a part of?
